Role

Provide vital 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse Special Educational Needs. You'll help implement IEPs, adapt materials, and foster an inclusive learning space.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse SEN needs.
• Assist with the implementation of IEPs and adapt teaching materials to meet individual requirements.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment that enables all students to thrive.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting children with SEN.
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and understanding of safeguarding.
• Right to work in the UK.
