The role involves helping students rebuild confidence, engagement, and positive learning habits through strong pastoral support and consistent relationships. You’ll be working in a setting focused on individual needs, supporting learners to overcome barriers, develop self‑esteem, and make progress towards positive educational outcomes in line with the school’s “Success for Everyone” ethos.
