Teaching Assistant Level 4 SAN - Behaviour, Guidance & Support

Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 4 at St Elizabeth's Catholic Primary School. The successful candidate will work specifically with children who have behavioural needs. The post will be full-time (35 hours per week), term-time only (39 weeks a year).

The role

• Take a lead role in managing and delivering pastoral support to students.
• Work with groups of students under the supervision of the teacher, including the delivery of therapy, programmes of work and implementation of Individual Learning Plans.
• Manage the supervision of students excluded from, or otherwise not working to a normal timetable.

• Have experience of working with children/young people with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
