Teaching Assistant Level 2

TA2 29.5h per week term time only (Fixed Term until July )

Required from 1 September 2026

Salary: Grade D scp 6 11 Actual Salary £17,326 - £18,761 per annum

Contract Type: Fixed Term with a view to make permanent

The Governors at Beaumont wish to invite staff to apply for the post of Level 2 Teaching Assistant TA2.

What We’re Looking For

• To work on own initiative but work closely with the class teacher
• A team worker who is outward facing and likes to learn
• Has excellent behaviour management strategies
• Is able to support children across the Key Stages when required
• Is a positive , energetic and enthusiastic person
• Can run one club after school (within contracted hours)
• Preferably has experience of leading interventions
• Can troubleshoot and be proactive
• Loves to work with children and wants to make a difference
