The Role

• Provide 1:1 support to help the child engage in classroom activities and learning tasks.
• Assist with mobility, personal care and ensure the child's comfort and safety throughout the day.
• Support the child's social, emotional, and physical development.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies and targets.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience supporting children with complex or physical needs.
• Have a nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach.
• Possess a genuine passion for helping young children thrive.
• Be able to work collaboratively as part of a caring team.
