Teaching Assistant – Primary School – GU35

Full-time long-term role. Pay: £14.25 – £16.65 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Support the teacher with daily classroom activities across Yr5 and KS2.
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions for SEN pupils.
• Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence in learning.
• Adapt to varying needs and abilities in a busy, dynamic environment.
• Work as part of a supportive team committed to pupil progress.

Qualifications & Preferences

• Experience supporting children in primary education (Yr5 and KS2 desirable).
• Confidence supporting SEN pupils with a range of needs.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
• Ready to make a real impact in a diverse primary setting.
