Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) Primary School in Irlam from September 2026.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday during term time, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication difficulties, social and emotional needs, and complex learning needs.

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support that enables pupils to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.
