Teaching Assistant

We're seeking a caring and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in their learning journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a real difference on an individual level.

Role Responsibilities

• Work one:to:one with a child, supporting both academic and personal development
• Implement learning plans set by the class teacher or SENCO
• Assist with daily routines and provide emotional and social support
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

Requirements

• Experience working with children, ideally in early years or primary settings
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
• Enhanced DBS (preferably on the update service)
• Reliable, compassionate, and proactive approach
