We are looking for a patient, resilient, and compassionate teaching assistant to make a genuine difference in the lives of children in a new Hub called the Herefordshire LINC which will be based at St Martin’s Primary. You will help to provide a safe, calm, and supportive environment for up to a maximum of 10 pupils in KS2, who struggle to engage with mainstream education due to complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role
You will be working alongside a class teacher in a specially designed learning area to support 1:1 or small groups of learners, providing tailored support to help them manage their emotions, develop coping strategies, and re-engage with learning. This role is not about traditional teaching; it is about building trust, promoting positive behaviour, and delivering bespoke interventions.
