The Role

• Small Class Sizes: Work with groups of 8-13 students grouped by ability.
• Holistic Support: Assist with literacy, numeracy, and PSHE using multi-sensory tools (Makaton, signs, and symbols).
• Behavioral Guidance: Support students through moments of anxiety or frustration with a calm, patient approach.
