Teaching Assistant – Fixed Term for 12 months

We are seekinga dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. Thisis a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils and teaching staff tohelp create a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in deliveringengaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
• Work with individual pupils or small groupsto support their learning, development and engagement.
• Assist in implementing behaviour strategiesthat support pupils’ social, emotional and behavioural needs.
• Help create and maintain a safe, structuredand positive learning environment.
• Contribute to monitoring pupil progress andprovide feedback to the class teacher and wider staff team.
