We are recruiting for a long-term Learning Support Assistant position at a welcoming and inclusive college in Hounslow, starting in September 2026. You will join a dedicated and supportive SEND department, helping post-16 students achieve their educational and personal goals.

Position Details

• September 2026 start
• Long-term opportunity for the full academic year
• 4 or 5 days per week (based on your availability)
• £14.25 per hour (PAYE – starting rate)
