As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to a specific student with special educational needs or those who need extra guidance. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing a personalised learning plan that addresses the unique requirements of the student.
