Are you a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact in a primary school setting?
We are currently recruiting dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and supportive schools. This role is ideal for candidates with experience providing 1:1 support, delivering targeted interventions, and helping pupils reach their full potential.
The Role
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 within the classroom environment.
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs.
Deliver small group interventions in literacy, numeracy and other key areas.
Work alongside class teachers to support learning and pupil progress.
Encourage positive behaviour, engagement and confidence in learning.
Monitor and report on pupil progress where required.
