Our multidisciplinary team works closely to create a safe, inclusive, and highly supportive environment where every pupil can thrive. The RoleWe are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is particularly well suited to someone with experience (or a keen interest in developing experience) in:
Supporting pupils with regulation and emotional/behavioural needs
Working closely with children with complex medical needs and/or significant learning disabilities
Implementing personalised strategies to promote engagement, independence and positive outcomes
