Pay: £90.00 - £95.00 per day
Contract: Flexible / Term-Time
Working Hours: Approx. 08:30 - 15:30
The Role
Are you passionate about supporting teenagers in their academic journey? We are looking for an enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team in West Sussex .
In this role, you will be a vital part of the school community, providing targeted academic and emotional support to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (ages 11-16). You will work across various departments—from English and Maths to Creative Arts—ensuring that every student, regardless of their starting point, can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
