Our Future Teachers Programme offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience before making a formal decision about teacher training.

Starting in September 2026, this role allows you to step into a secondary school environment, develop essential teaching skills, and explore whether teaching is the right career path for you. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Support students through one-to-one mentoring and classroom assistance.
• Gain experience in lesson planning, teaching, and marking.
• Work with different age groups across a variety of subjects.
