About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Horley. Working 2.5 days each week, you will deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned instruction, foster a supportive learning environment, and contribute to the academic and personal development of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the assigned subject(s) in line with the National Curriculum.
- Assess, record and report student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Manage classroom behaviour with a positive, inclusive approach.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and school events as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-disciplinary projects and share best practices.
