Based in Mansfield Remuneration: £32,916 - £45,352 (M1 - M6 Pay Scale) Status: Full-Time, Permanent (Term Time Only)

The Mission

Do you believe that education should adapt to the student, rather than the student to the system? We are looking for a visionary SEN Teacher to join our Mansfield team. This is a role for a teacher who wants to move away from rigid, one‑size‑fits‑all schooling and toward a relationship‑based, multi‑sensory approach that truly transforms lives.

Working primarily with KS3 and KS4 learners who have diagnoses of ASC, SEMH, and varied cognition/learning needs , you will be the catalyst for their academic and emotional breakthroughs.
