About the Role

Leeds City College are recruiting for an English Teacher to join our team at Printworks Campus.

We can be flexible with the working hours for this role however there would be a requirement to work Mondays due to departmental weekly team meeting. Options include:

  • Part time for a minimum of 22 hours over 3 days per week (0.6 FTE)
  • Reduced year 37 hours per week for 38 weeks
  • We would also consider reduced year with part time hours (e.g. 22 hours per week for 38 weeks).

    • There will be opportunities for additional hours over the course of the year to cover absence and/or provide extra intervention classes and support.

    This role is ideal for someone with experience teaching English Language GCSE, wanting some flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of learners re-sitting English alongside their vocational programmes.
