Teacher – Full Time / Permanent

Chadsgrove is a day special school for pupils aged 2‑19 with physical difficulties and/or complex medical needs. Many pupils also have profound and multiple learning difficulties, sensory impairments and/or communication difficulties.

Salary Grade: £32,916 – £34,823 (MPR1 – MPR2) plus SEN (£2,787). Pay increase pending. Required starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting and engaging activities.
• Lead the class.
• Work effectively with Teaching Assistants and wider school team.
• Apply a range of teaching and learning strategies to positively impact children’s progress.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of teaching children and/or young adults with special educational needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ECT applications welcome.
