Teacher Assistant Aide

**Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to support Air Traffic Controller training at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assist Instructors with non-instructional tasks to streamline the teaching process
+ Serve as an instructor for the Air Traffic Basics course
+ Provide support and guidance to students in specific situations to enhance their learning experience
+ Prepare and organize course materials and resources
+ Monitor student progress

**Qualifications**

**Education:**

+ Must have an associate’s degree in aviation from an accredited college or university
+ OR a minimum of 1 year of experience as a TA or similar role in a STEM field
+ OR one year of relevant aviation experience (e.g., former CTI instructor, flight dispatcher, flight/airline coordinator)
