 :TD Securities' Westminster Research business is looking to hire a Commission Management Operations Support Associate. The successful candidate will work alongside Westminster's Institutional Sales and Operations teams providing daily operational support to clients, brokers and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to Westminster's Sales and Operations teams.
Respond to client inquiries via phone and e-mail communications.
Communicate with external broker-dealers to reconcile trades and resolve breaks.
Work on projects as directed by Sales and Client Service teams to further develop and support growth of business.
Manage key data analytics and internal business systems.
