1.负责变速箱标定计划的制定与实施，满足工程目标、研发质量及项目节点要求

Develop and execute transmission calibration plans to ensure alignment with engineering targets, R&D quality standards, and project milestones.

2.负责汽油机变速箱驾驶性标定，解决TCU与整车匹配的复杂驾驶性问题（如换挡冲击、延迟、NVH问题等）

Lead drivability calibration for gasoline engine transmissions, resolving complex vehicle integration issues between the TCU and the whole vehicle (e.g., shift shock, shift delay, and NVH issues).

3.负责各阶段标定数据的管理，并提供阶段性开发报告

Manage calibration DCM across all development phases and deliver comprehensive stage-gate development reports.

4.负责完成TCU全面的功能测试(比如TCU换挡逻辑、换挡点、换挡品质等核心参数的标定与优化)及三高试验

Conduct comprehensive TCU functional testing (including the calibration and optimization of core parameters such as shift logic, shift points, and shift quality) and oversee the road test (high temperature, high altitude, and high cold).
