Become a Health Navigator with Taykwa Tagamou Nation, focusing on improving health access and client outcomes. This on-site role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
In this position, the Health Navigator/NHIB Service Worker will work under the Director of Health to implement outreach strategies and help clients navigate health services. You will provide trauma-informed support while assessing individual needs, coordinating with health teams, and maintaining strong community relationships. Your work will ensure timely access to necessary resources for all ages.
