The Role

As a Taxi Operator with Ace Cabs, your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and taking customer bookings
• Dispatching jobs to drivers using our computerised system
• Monitoring vehicle availability and journey progress
• Providing clear, polite, and professional customer service
• Handling general enquiries and supporting daily operations
