Position Overview


We are looking for a detail oriented and self-motivated individual to join Shaw’s fast-paced, dynamic, diverse, and evolving Corporate Tax Department . The t ax s taff a ccountant will assist the Tax Department in all functions related to domestic , international income , franchise , sales and use taxation for Shaw Industries Group, Inc., subsidiaries and related entities.


RESPONSIBILITIES :


On a timely and accurate basis, this A ccountant will be responsible for the preparation of the income and franchise tax returns of Shaw Industries Group, Inc. and related entities, including but not limited to the following: consolidated federal income tax return, separate company and combined state income tax, franchise tax, excise tax and similar returns, U.S. reporting regarding foreign corporations including compliance-related forms ...
