A well-established organisation within the Australian financial services sector is seeking an experienced Tax Specialist to join its Finance team. This is a broad corporate tax role within a regulated environment, offering exposure across compliance, reporting and advisory activities.

The Role

Reporting to the Tax Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and review of corporate income tax, GST and FBT returns

• Support tax effect accounting, including current and deferred tax calculations

• Assist with year-end tax provisioning and statutory tax disclosures

• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide tax support on business initiatives
