Position overview:
 The Tax Manager will oversee and manage all tax-related activities for the organization, ensuring compliance with domestic and international tax regulations. This role has a broad range of responsibilities that include leading compliance, reporting, supporting business growth, and implementing best tax practices. This position partners closely with the Controller, Accounting and Treasury, as well as the broader business.Key responsibilities include:Manage . federal, state and local, and international income tax compliance for multiple North American legal entities by partnering with external advisors who prepare the tax returns.
