This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with tax and financial regulations through accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and successful audit management.

• Tax Compliance and Reporting: Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including planning, reporting and audits
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with PFRS and regulatory requirement
• Financial Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with all department
• Financial Audit: Lead both internal and external audits, liaising with auditors to ensure adherence to financial and operational standards
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting and tax team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
