We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join a client-focused team in Princeton, New Jersey. This role supports high-net-worth individuals and related entities through sophisticated tax compliance, planning, and financial reporting work. The ideal candidate brings strong technical tax knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

+ Manage the preparation and submission of annual tax filings for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, gift tax matters, and private foundations.

+ Serve as a trusted point of contact for questions related to assets, liabilities, tax consequences of transactions, risk considerations, and estate planning coordination alongside legal counsel.
