We are partnering with a boutique CPA firm in Shelton, CT that is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role within a small, close-knit firm serving sophisticated middle-market clients. You will work directly with ownership, oversee tax engagements, and play a key role in managing staff and developing the tax practice.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• CPA or EA preferred
• 10+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong experience in business and individual tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1041)
• Background in both preparation and review
• Industries: Construction, Real Estate, Medical & Dental, Manufacturing, Privately Held Businesses
• Software: CCH Axcess, BNA, QuickBooks
