Tax Manager (CPA) - Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead scheduling and work allocation based on team capacity and capabilities.

• Monitor forecast accuracy and actual hours to support effective workload balancing.

• Provide technical guidance and conduct quality reviews of deliverables.

• Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth.

• Ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.

• Track time spent on tasks and manage utilization targets.

• Maintain strong understanding of tax compliance processes and updates in federal and state regulations.



QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in tax, assurance, accounting, or analytical roles

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
