Tax Dispute & Litigation Specialist

DDTC is seeking a Tax Dispute & Litigation Specialist to support the handling of tax disputes and litigation, including the preparation of litigation documents, assistance in tax dispute processes, and ensuring that each stage of case handling is carried out in a timely manner in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle tax advisory and provide support in analyzing tax-related issues
• Assist in tax audit processes and preparation of required supporting documents
• Handle tax objection, tax appeal, tax lawsuit, and tax civil review processes
• Prepare, review, and ensure completeness of documents related to tax dispute and litigation
• Conduct analysis on tax regulations and dispute positions relevant to ongoing cases
