Our client is a U.S.-based renewable energy company focused on the development, ownership, and operation of community solar and battery energy storage projects. The company primarily serves residential customers, businesses, nonprofits, and public-sector organizations through community solar programs that provide access to renewable energy without requiring on-site solar installations.

Overview

The Director of Tax will play a pivotal role in leading the tax strategy, tax structuring for acquisitions, tax equity partnerships and is responsible for compliance with all tax reporting requirements.
