Tax Associate - 1120

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Associate with hands-on experience in preparing U.S. Corporate Tax Returns (Form 1120C) , including Federal and Multi-State tax compliance . The ideal candidate should have strong experience using CCH Axcess/ProSystem fx Tax and preparing consolidated corporate tax returns , ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations and client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Federal and State Corporate Income Tax Returns (Form 1120C) .
• Prepare consolidated corporate tax returns for multi-entity organizations.
• Prepare and review state tax returns, extensions, estimated tax payments, and apportionment schedules.
• Utilize CCH Axcess Tax / CCH ProSystem fx Tax for tax return preparation and compliance.
