Tax Advisor

Family Office seeks a senior tax professional with experience in international tax structuring, tax optimization, and UHNW personal taxation across the UK and Spain . The role involves leading end-to-end tax strategy: identifying risks, designing solutions, coordinating local advisors, and delivering implementation‑ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Structuring

• Design and iterate cross-border holding / operating / financing structures .
• Optimise WHT/VAT/CT exposures , treaty positioning, and financing flows (interest, fees, royalties, service charges and etc.).
• Advise on substance, beneficial ownership, anti-avoidance risk controls (GAAR/SAAR, ATAD themes, principal purpose tests, etc. at a practical level).
