Tax Accounting Supervisor

The Tax Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization’s tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. This role ensures accurate preparation and timely filing of tax returns, compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, and supports management in minimizing tax risks while optimizing tax strategies. The position also supervises a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Supervise the preparation and filing of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and other statutory tax returns.
• Review tax computations, schedules, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management on implications and required adjustments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
