Take on the role of Restaurant & Bar Manager at The Lodge at Arrow Lakes, located in scenic Nakusp, BC. Guide day-to-day operations while fostering exceptional dining experiences.
This year-round position focuses on leading the Tavern and addressing all aspects of guest service and staff management. With a vital role in financial oversight and compliance, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve key performance indicators and maintain a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and enhance front of house operations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate your team regularly
• Manage ordering and inventory control processes

• Uphold health and liquor law compliance
