Task Order Project Manager (TOPM), US Forces Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), oversees foreign language support services for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) on Defense Language Interpretation and Translation Enterprise II (DLITE II) SOUTHCOM Task Order. These services provide the delivery of qualified linguists from Local National Linguist up to CAT III's with TS/SCI/MEAD access performing linguist duties in interpreting, translating, and transcribing. The TOPM is responsible for the overall execution of specific task orders under the DLITE II SOUTHCOM contract vehicle, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with military requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of linguistic support for a variety of military operations.
