Targeting Analyst - Senior

**Purpose and Impact:**

This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Targeting Analyst** to support Air Combat Command (ACC) and Joint targeting operations across the full spectrum of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions. The selected candidate will provide advanced all-source targeting analysis, lead target development efforts, and contribute to the integration of kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities in support of operational planning and execution. This role ensures the delivery of accurate, actionable intelligence that directly supports combat planning, execution, and strategic decision-making.
