Targeted Intervention Teacher This is a pilot position for the 2026–2027 school year
Targeted Intervention Teacher provides targeted Tier 2 English Language Arts instruction for students in grades K–2. This role delivers both push-in and pull-out services, offering small- group instruction within the classroom and in a separate setting based on student needs. The teacher focuses on developing foundational literacy skills and collaborates closely with classroom teachers to ensure alignment with core instruction. Key Responsibilities ? Provide Tier 2 ELA support to K–2 students through a combination of push-in and pull- out services ? Deliver targeted small-group instruction in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension ? Use assessment data to identify student needs and form flexible instructional groups ? Monitor student progress regularly and adjust instruction based on data ?
