Summary
- This role, on a 2-month contract with a local authority, is situated within the Housing Advice, Information, and Assessment Service. It aims to deliver a proactive, holistic, personalized, and integrated Housing Advice and Support service. The primary objective is to prevent and relieve homelessness while supporting service users to live independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice on security of tenure, possession proceedings, housing rights following relationship breakdown, welfare and housing benefits, tax credits, debt counseling, housing options, employment and training opportunities, and long-term accommodation options.
