Taleo Techno Functional – SME

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Taleo across Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting modules.
Lead system design and configuration efforts to support retail-specific hiring workflows, including seasonal and hourly workforce needs.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT leadership to align Taleo capabilities with business goals.
Architect and maintain complex TCC scripts for data exchange between Taleo and enterprise systems (HRIS, payroll, background screening, etc.).
Ensure robust error handling, logging, and performance optimization for high-volume data transfers.
Oversee integration lifecycle including testing, deployment, and documentation.
Design and implement scalable recruiting workflows tailored to retail operations, including store-level requisition management and candidate pipelines.
Enhance onboarding processes to support distributed locations, ensuring compliance and timely task completion.
