MNA Recruitment offers a vacancy for a Talent Specialist for our Pharmaceutical and Financial department, based in the Winelands and Cape Town.

This is a hybrid based position - 2 days in the office per week

Job Specification:
Sourcing skill specific candidates as per client requirements
Client and Candidate relationship management
Achieving monthly and quarterly placement targets
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing advertisements in a wide range of media sources
Identifying suitable candidates via company database and online platforms 
Receiving and reviewing applications, conducting interviews with short listed candidates
Online Database management: Accurate capturing of candidate and client data and interactions
