You will work with Talent Acquisition to address system gaps and maintain the health of the Workday Recruitment and Onboarding landscape. As a key SME, you'll manage configurations, lead system enhancements, and provide ongoing support. Collaboration with IT will be essential to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead as the Workday SME for Recruitment and Talent
• Support onboarding and offboarding HR tech initiatives
• Identify and solve system gaps alongside stakeholders
• Manage configuration, testing, and troubleshooting efforts
• Prioritize and manage the talent systems backlog
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years with Workday Recruitment and Onboarding
