This role is heavily focused on proactive candidate sourcing, market research, and talent engagement across different industries and job functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Generation

Source qualified candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and internal databases

Conduct proactive market mapping and talent research to build pipelines for both active and anticipated vacancies

Develop and maintain strong candidate pools for critical and high-volume roles
