 Talent Sourcing Specialist (F/M), German‑speaking

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist, German-speaking to join our global team.
The preferred location is either Gdansk or Gdynia in Poland, Budapest in Hungary, Madrid or Valencia in Spain.
We work in a hybrid model, and we hope to see you at the office a few days each week.
Your role and responsibilities 
As Talent Sourcing Specialist, your tasks will include:
Ownership of candidate attraction for all vacancies in defined countries/region, recommending cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes

Supports Talent Acquisition Partner with relevant market intelligence on current external candidate market, benefits and working conditions to ensure Wartsila can remain competitive in the market...
