Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to source and recruit talent to meet company's growing and evolving organizational and workforce planning needs. Sourcing Specialist employs proactive recruitment strategies mining for talent to create pipelines of qualified candidates in multiple geographic areas.

Essential Job Functions Tasks:

+ Develops extensive pools of highly qualified candidates to fill current and future needs.

+ Works with hiring managers to ensure accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations.

+ Assists with research on the talent markets to determine the supply vs demand competitor intelligence and best places to find talent.

+ Builds applicant sources and implements creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified prospects utilizing our digital online platforms that includes but is not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter indeed resume database etc.
