We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent & People Experience Coordinator to join our Auckland team and play a key role in how we attract, support, and grow our people. This role blends talent coordination with people experience. You’ll support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, help ensure seamless processes, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the experience of candidates, interns, and employees. A core focus of this position is coordinating and running our Intern Program twice a year from candidate management and interview coordination through to onboarding and program delivery. You’ll be a key connection point for candidates, hiring teams, and TA partners. You’ll also support immigration-related processes, working closely with the TA team to ensure accurate documentation and a smooth, compliant experience.
